Prince Kaybee announce the passing of his mother

South African well-known artist Prince Kaybee is mourning the painful loss of his mother.

The Fetch Your Life star, whose real name is Kabelo Motsamai, took to social media to share his heartbreak.

In an emotional post on X, Prince Kaybee wrote: “It’s the 4th night of walking around the house without you physically there.”

He described the painful final moments with his mum.

“Holding you as you sat on the chair that you died on, feeling your neck get stiffer as I kept on begging you not to leave me, I cannot define how torn apart I am, broken into pieces that will never be one. Thank you for everything, Oulady.”

But social media users quickly criticised him, saying he had no right to announce the death before the family.

Many felt it was disrespectful and insensitive, as the grieving son had not yet spoken publicly.

After Prince Kaybee’s post, fans and fellow celebrities flooded his timeline with messages of condolences and support, reminding him that he is not alone during this difficult time.
