Inno Morolong serves Mtirara with counter protection order at ‘Metro FM studios’

Inno Morolong is making headlines after she served Paul Mtirara with a counter-protection order during his show at the Metro FM studios.

Reality TV star Inno Morolong pulled a shocker when she reportedly served seasoned broadcaster Paul Mtirara with a counter-protection order during his show at the Metro FM studios.

However, reports have shown that the police accompanied the reality TV star and influencer.

INNO MOROLONG SERVES PAUL MTIRARA WITH COUNTER PROTECTION ORDER

The counter order comes barely a few weeks after the seasoned broadcaster opened a defamation case against Morolong at the Douglasdale Police Station.

Rumour mill has it that Paul Mtirara cited harassment on Inno’s side, and she ramped things up by making more “degrading” statements on Instagram Live.

On the other hand, Inno Morolong alleges that she was in a toxic relationship with the Metro FM host, who allegedly emotionally and physically abused her.

The two were rumoured to be in a relationship last year, but they blue-ticked the reports. The reports made rounds after a video circulated of Inno and Paul on what seemed to be a date.

However, against their rumoured fallout, according to reports, Paul Mtirara said he was in a friendship in September before they quickly ended things in October last year.

Rumour mill has it that the two had a fallout because of Inno Morolong’s behaviour.

Speaking to the media after the counterorder, Paul Mtirara said, “It is a legal battle. The truth has to come out. The allegations are not true. We are relying upon the legal process to vindicate my name.

“I have to protect my right[s]. These are unfounded accusations; there’s a proper process that is taking place now.”

OTHER CHARGES

This is not the first time that Inno Morolong has broken the law. Currently, she is serving a 12-month house arrest sentence.

Inno Morolong was found guilty of crimen injuria and defamation after Tebogo Thobejane dragged her to the courts.

In 2023, an assault with grievous to cause bodily harm case (GBH) was opened by fellow club hostess Olwethu Magudumana – who is the niece of Dr Nandipha Magudumana’s ex-husband Dr Mkhuseli Magudumana.

The charges were later dropped as Morolong asked for forgiveness. Inno Morolong also made headlines in 2022 when she was accused of brutally assaulting a friend in a bloody fight at the club.
